Hosting

The unrush.io website and the application interface (app.unrush.io) are hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States.

The application servers and its database (api.unrush.io) are hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. The video files entrusted to the service are stored in the European Union with a cloud infrastructure provider.

Intellectual property

The Unrush trademark, the logo, the texts, the interfaces, the animations and the code of the website and the application are the property of UNRUSH.IO or its licensors. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The content that customers entrust to the service (footage, projects, instructions) remains their exclusive property; the terms and conditions set out this point.

Third-party software and brand names mentioned (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer…) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, and the use of trackers in the cookie policy.
